Marchex, Dow Jones team on reputation management product

Seattle—Small-business marketing company Marchex Inc. has teamed with Dow Jones Local Media Group to provide Dow Jones with a private-label version of Marchex’s online reputation management tool.

Marchex’s technology will enable customers of Dow Jones Local Media Group, which publishes information on local communities, to manage their online presence, accessing and responding to comments, reviews, news, blog posts and social media mentions, Marchex said.

Key features include e-mail alerts, a competitive marketing analysis of local competitors, sentiment notifications and search keyword identification within reviews.
