Maritz Research unveils customer experience benchmark service

St. Louis—Maritz Research, a market research company, has launched CEBenchmarks, a customer experience benchmarking tool. The new service collects customer experience data on companies across 31 industries—including automotive, banking, retail and telecommunications—and provides benchmarking data so clients can see how they stack up against competitors. The service measures areas such as overall customer satisfaction and the likelihood that customers will purchase again or recommend a company.
