“It's really important for us to understand how and why our customers are using mobile in order to create the right experiences. We have a pretty broad audience. We have contractors on job sites, and more and more they are using mobile to take pictures and contact customer service. On the other side of the spectrum we have architects, and they are all about design and creativity. So anything we can do with apps to help our customers do their jobs better. We want to make it simple, easy to use, relevant and experiential.”
