Horsham, Pa.--VerticalNet and Science Applications International Corp., the nation's largest employee-owned research and engineering firm, have signed a joint business-to-business marketing pact aimed at automotive industry suppliers. The deal includes VerticalNet advertising San Diego-based Science Applications International Corp.'s Automotive Network eXchange (www.anxo.com) transactional site across VerticalNet's online automotive community (www.autocentral.com). Current users of the Automotive Network eXchange include General Motors Corp.
