It found that 60% of marketing executives rated as “very important” getting back to marketing basics, including customer satisfaction, customer retention, segmentation and brand loyalty.
Search engine optimization will be another top trend for 2008, rated as very important by 42% of respondents.
Green marketing was rated as very important by 32% of marketers and was identified as the trendiest marketing buzzword.
