Salt Lake City--A unit of sprawling Internet marketing agency MarchFirst Inc. has completed a management buyout to win independence from the company. Boede & Partners, which had been the Salt Lake City office of Chicago-based MarchFirst, has been formed as a 40-person agency specializing in marketing services for technology and other b-to-b companies. The company will be headed by President Dave Boede, who advised Intel Corp. in its bid to transform its image from a computer components company into a consumer brand through the ``Intel inside'' campaign.
