Marketo integrates Demandbase services to bolster personalization

San Francisco—Marketo Inc. has integrated the real-time identification services of targeting company Demandbase Inc. into its marketing automation platform to improve personalized communications. The Demandbase platform, which includes modules for company-targeted advertising, website content personalization, Web analytics enhancements and online forms, now plugs into Marketo landing pages and lead-capture forms to enable personalized offers and shorter, more precise forms, Demandbase said, in a statement. The use of company-attribute identification will lessen marketing's reliance on error-prone online forms for targeting, Demandbase said.
