MarketSense wins 'Best in Show' at 2012 Tower Awards

Chicago—MarketSense, Burr Ridge, Ill., won “Best in Show” at the Business Marketing Association Chicago chapter's Tower Awards, which were presented at a ceremony Wednesday. MarketSense won “Best in Show” for a campaign it created for client JMC Steel Group. The campaign also took home a gold award in the animation/motion graphics category. MarketSense also won a gold award for total communications program between $200,000 and $500,000 for a campaign it created for client vAuto. Mobium, Chicago, won a gold award for total communications program over $500,000 for a campaign it created for Herff Jones. Symmetri Marketing Group, Chicago, won a gold award for total communications program under $200,000 for a campaign it created for client Dentsply. The Tower Awards honor b-to-b agencies and marketers for excellence in developing and executing b-to-b marketing and communication campaigns from the past year. Awards were presented in 42 categories. gyro won the most total awards (29), followed by Slack and Co. (nine). gyro also won the inaugural People’s Choice award for "You’re On: Talk of the Town" on behalf of client John Deere in the category of websites produced for less than $25,000.
