San Francisco—MarketTools, an online market research company, announced it has acquired CustomerSat, a company that measures and analyzes customer satisfaction and loyalty feedback. The combined company will be able to offer clients what MarketTools calls “customer insight management.” CustomerSat has becomes a business unit of MarketTools. John Chisholm, who was chairman-CEO of CustomerSat, has been named exec VP-general manager of the unit.
