Martini buys Decision Maker Media

San Francisco—Martini Media, which targets affluent consumers on the Web, announced that it has acquired Decision Maker Media, a vertical media platform for reaching business decision-makers.

Financial terms of the deal were not disclosed.

With the acquisition, Martini Media said it now reaches more than 40 million unique users with annual household incomes of more than $100,000.

The combined company will pursue both b-to-b and consumer marketers.
