New York—Erik Matlick, founder of IndustryBrains and MediaBrains, has launched a new company aimed at publishers: Madison Logic.

The new company offers a lead-generation ad serving program called LeadFocus. It features a suite of tools that include ad serving via contextual and behavioral targeting, inventory management, reporting, analytics and lead delivery/management for publishers and advertisers. LeadFocus is designed to automatically qualify, manage and deliver leads.

Madison Logic said its customers include PC Magazine, iMediaConnection, ClickZ, Sourceforge, DMNews and Security Focus.
