McClain Finlon to support Qwest's regional marketing

Denver--McClain Finlon Advertising has formed a strategic relationship with Qwest Communications International Inc. to develop regional marketing efforts for Qwest's Spirit of Service brand. McClain Finlon will create targeted print and marketing collateral for Qwest's 14-state local-service region, and it will work with Foote, Cone & Belding, Qwest's advertising agency of record, to develop local market strategy in support of FCB's mass-marketing efforts.
