McCullagh named VP-international at MPA

New York--Charles McCullagh was named VP-international at the Magazine Publishers of America. McCullagh was previously managing director-international for Scientific American. He replaces Jay Melvin, who is retiring. As VP-international, McCullagh will advise U.S. publishers on the international publishing market and foreign MPA members on U.S. publishing practices. Prior to joining Scientific American, McCullagh had stints at HFM, DeSilva & Phillips and Rodale Press. He has also consulted for Weider Publications, Primedia Inc. and Emap.
