MCH Strategic Data buys Wilson Marketing Group

Sweet Springs, Mo.—Database management company MCH Strategic Data has acquired Wilson Marketing Group, a database management and research company with a focus on schools, education, and group and childcare enterprises. Terms of the deal were not disclosed. Wilson Marketing, which brings more than 400,000 sales-lead contacts in these verticals to the deal, will maintain its Los Angeles operations during a transitional period. President Mike Wilson will become a director at MCH. In 2010, MCH acquired the assets of Quality Education Data and its more than 4 million contacts in the education field.
