“We tried many different monitoring tools and ended up using Radian6. The Radian6 reporting tool allows us to monitor many different metrics, including total social media comments, negative and positive sentiment, and other key stats. We also monitor the number of followers/'likes,' page views, engagement with existing customers versus potential customers, as well as many other stats. In addition, we do need to pull in some manual stats from Facebook Insight, HootSuite, Omniture, etc. I would love to have one place pull in all of this data.”
