Mercury Media acquires iMarketing

Santa Monica, Calif.—Mercury Media, a direct response TV media agency, announced it has acquired Princeton, N.J.-based digital agency iMarketing. Financial terms of the deal were not disclosed. The acquisition will enable Mercury Media to offer integrated, cross-channel media and marketing solutions. “The addition of iMarketing provides Mercury with a full suite of digital services as well as a robust data analytics platform that will enable Mercury to provide our clients with superior insight and results,” said John Barnes, CEO of Mercury Media, in a release. iMarketing clients include American Express Publishing, Barclays, Dow Jones & Co., Premier Care and Yahoo Inc.
