Boulder, Colo.--E-mail marketing service provider MessageMedia, Boulder, Colo., unveiled Tuesday a program that gives advertising agencies a cut of revenues when they refer clients to their Internet direct marketing services. Named the Agency Alliance Program, the offering goes to market with charter partner Grey Advertising aboard. The program calls for advertising agency sales forces to introduce MessageMedia products to clients, and to feature the company's services on its Web site. In exchange, MessageMedia pays an unspecified commission back to advertising agencies. MessageMedia specializes in outbound e-mail advertising campaigns directed at either business or consumer prospects. Its clients include Cisco Systems, Apple Computer and CMP Media.
