Microsoft names Troberman chief creative officer

Redmond, Wash.—Microsoft Corp. has reorganized its central marketing group and appointed Gayle Troberman to the new role of chief creative officer, according to Advertising Age, a sibling publication of BtoB. Troberman was previously general manager of Microsoft's advertising and customer engagement. In her new position, she will work with Microsoft’s campaign teams and agency partners and evaluate emerging marketing platforms. She will report to Mich Mathews, senior VP-corporate marketing group at Microsoft.
