Santa Barbara, Calif.--Microsoft Corp. announced a strategic partnership with Commission Junction, a pay-per-performance ad network, to provide its services to Microsoft bCentral customers. Under the agreement, bCentral customers will only pay for advertising on a pay-per-click, pay-per-sale or some other pay-per-action metric.
