Redmond, Wash.—Microsoft Corp. has made available the online version of its customer relationship management product, which will be hosted and managed by the software giant. Microsoft Dynamics CRM Online can be accessed by customers either through a Web browser or directly through Microsoft Office and Outlook.

The product is being offered in two versions. Microsoft Dynamics CRM Online Professional is a full suite of CRM tools with Office and Outlook integration, priced at $44 per user per month. Microsoft Dynamics CRM Online Professional Plus adds expanded data storage, work flow and customization options and is priced at $59 per user per month.
