MicroStrategy selects Revenio for CRM program

Burlington, Mass.--MicroStrategy Inc., which develops business intelligence software, has selected Revenio Dialog software for a customer relationship management program. The first application will be a CRM program for a free MicroStrategy 7 Evaluation Edition. MicroStrategy will use Revenio to automatically suggest relevant success stories, provide product tips and encourage feedback from customers on the evaluation process. Later, the company will use Revenio for technical service and support.
