MindData launches HR campaign

Dallas--Internet human resources company MindData Systems Ltd. has launched an outdoor advertising campaign that draws analogies between business and local sports teams. The first billboard features a message directed at Dallas Mavericks' owner Mark Cuban: "Hey Mark! Want MJ x 5?'' MJ stands for basketball great Michael Jordan. A second billboard reads, "Hey Dallas! Make the right picks & avoid turnovers." More billboards are scheduled in other markets, all keying off of local sports franchises. MindData uses online applications to measure the attitude, aptitude, competency and emotional intelligence of employees and job seekers.
