Monster launches new ad campaign

Maynard, Mass.--Monster Worldwide, which operates career site Monster.com, announced plans to launch a brand campaign with the tagline “Today’s the day.”

The campaign, developed by Deutsch, New York, will debut Dec. 26 with a 30-second TV spot during the College Bowl Championship Series.

The spot features ordinary people getting ready to start their day, wondering if today will be “my day.” A second TV spot will debut during Super Bowl XXXVIII on Feb. 1.

Monster also announced it will spend $125 million on global marketing next year, including TV, radio, print and online. The company will celebrate 10 years in business in 2004.
