The online recruitment site said 53,510 resumes were posted on the site on Monday. The next day, the site broke its record again as visitors posted 54,047 resumes.
Along with competitor Yahoo Inc.âs HotJobs, Monster has built its brand in large part through Super Bowl advertising. Both companies have run Super Bowl spots for five consecutive years.
