New York—Monster Worldwide announced it has tapped directDeutsch as its direct marketing agency of record after a formal review. Spending was undisclosed, but the online site for job seekers this year boosted its overall ad budget to $125 million. Deutsch and iDeutsch, its interactive arm, won the general agency of record business in July 2003.
