Published on .

New York—Financial services firm Morgan Stanley announced it has acquired the quarterly Journal of Applied Corporate Finance from consulting firm Stern Stewart.

The Journal, which was launched 16 years ago, features academics and financial services professionals addressing "topics driving corporate value."

"Don Chew, founding editor, will maintain his role at the publication.

Morgan Stanley said in a press release that "control of the Journal’s content will remain with its editors and authors."

"Morgan Stanley will provide the ideal platform for making the Journal even more influential," Stern Stewart founding partner Bennett Stewart said in a statement.
