Morgan Stanley, others invest $35 million in RiverSoft

New York--Morgan Stanley Dean Witter & Co. and four other companies made a $35 million investment in RiverSoft, a London-based Internet software company. Morgan Stanley contributed $20 million. The remaining $15 million was jointly contributed by: Cisco Systems, San Jose, Calif.; Apax Partners & Co., New York; Meyer Duffy & Associates, New York; and BancBoston Robertson Stephens, San Francisco. RiverSoft makes business-to-business Net infrastructure software.
