Mortar adds head of brand strategy

San Francisco—Integrated communications agency Mortar announced that Vikki Garrod has been named head of brand strategy. Garrod was previously senior VP-managing director at JWT San Francisco. She has worked on accounts including Dell, Sun Microsystems, Symantec and Texas Instruments.
