MPA adds new section devoted to digital media to its Web site

New York—In an effort to help magazines leverage their brands online, the Magazine Publishers of America on Thursday added a new section called “Digital” to its Web site.

The section, which can be found at www.magazine.org/digital, includes several features, such as Digital Newsstand, with articles, blogs and press releases on digital trends; Digital FactSheets, which has links to ABC circulation data for magazine digital editions; and advertising case studies that use magazine Web sites.

The section will also include a round-up of MPA-member magazine blogs and a database of magazines’ digital efforts.
