Mzinga launches updated marketing platform

Burlington, Mass.—Social analytics company Mzinga Inc. has released a new version of its OmniSocial social media marketing and analytics tools that offers deeper targeting and branding capabilities. OmniSocial Engage offers three solution sets, depending on marketing targets: One helps build social communities of fans and enthusiasts and is designed to reach new audiences; a second helps build branding through crowdsourcing and gathering marketing intelligence; and a third offers customer support solutions, according to Mzinga. Additional features include banned and watchword filters and user permissions. A moderation queue dashboard is designed to help automate the removal of harmful content, manage content and ensure that users adhere to terms of service, the company said.
