New York—The Wall Street Journal has named Raju Narisetti managing editor of The Wall Street Journal Digital Network, which includes WSJ.com, SmartMoney.com, MarketWatch and the Chinese, Japanese and German-language editions of WSJ.com. Narisetti will also be deputy managing editor of the Journal, and he will report to Alan Murray, deputy managing editor and executive editor-online.

Narisetti was most recently managing editor of the Washington Post. He previously worked at the Journal as editor of The Wall Street Journal Europe in 2006.

Narisetti rejoins the Journal in the wake of WSJ.com Managing Editor Kevin Delaney's departure last week to Atlantic Media to launch that company's new business media brand.
