Grand Rapids, Mich.--Alternate Marketing Networks Inc.'s common shares on Thursday were delisted from the Nasdaq SmallCap Market. The technology and marketing services company's shares can be traded on the Over-the-counter Bulletin Board, a regulated service that displays real-time quotes, sales prices and volume for more than 3,600 securities. Alternate Marketing will continue to send corporate filings to the Securities and Exchange Commission, and its board of directors will explore the possibility of a future listing on the SmallCap Market, American Stock Exchange or the Bulletin Board Exchange that Nasdaq plans to launch next year.
