National Coalition of 100 Black Women names communications director

New York--The National Coalition of 100 Black Women (NCBW) Manhattan Chapter named Kay Barker director of communications. Barker is co-founder and exec VP of MBK Associates L.L.C., a marketing communications agency. She will be responsible for developing brand identity, creating events and marketing materials, and directing the Web site for the chapter, whose purpose is to heighten awareness of economic development, workplace and gender equity issues affecting black women.
