San Francisco--NBC Internet, the Web subsidiary of NBC, has agreed to acquire AllBusiness.com for $225 million in stock. San Francisco-based AllBusiness.com is a portal aimed at small and midsize businesses. NBC Internet's announcement comes on the heels of its appointing Alan Braverman, a Banc of America Securities L.L.C. Internet research vet, as its president of business-to-business.
