Neolane adds Facebook tool to channel integration product

Newton, Mass.—Marketing software provider Neolane Inc. has added a new feature to its Neolane Interaction channel integration suite that personalizes a business' Facebook page according to who's viewing it. Depending on the online profile of the viewer, the feature might display a personalized upsell offer related to the brand's loyalty program to one viewer, while simultaneously offering a reminder of a promotion previously received by email to another viewer, according to the company.
