Neolane expands marketing analytics offering

Newton, Mass.—Neolane Inc. announced a new version of its marketing analytics technology. The enhanced Neolane Marketing Analytics, part of the company's conversational marketing platform, enables marketers to better understand customer data, execute campaigns based on that information and monitor their efforts without additional help from IT departments, the company said. “With Neolane Marketing Analytics, we are offering unique data-analysis features for marketers to address the emergence of Big Data and have a better understanding of their customers' behavior,” said Stephane Dehoche, president-CEO of Neolane, in a statement.
