Network World debuts new video platform

Southborough, Mass.—Network World, a unit of tech publishing giant International Data Group, this week launched a new video platform, Network World IT Video.

IT Video has new programming developed specifically for online videocasts, and provides network IT vendors the ability to repurpose their broadcast advertising spots as a preroll commercial insertion for each videocast segment.

The video platform kicked off with two weekly shows: “Network World’s Hot Seat with John Gallant,” which features interviews with top technology industry players, and “Cool Tools with Keith Shaw,” which goes on location to demonstrate wireless and mobile technology products.
