Atlanta—Newell Rubbermaid, which makes consumer and commercial products, has named Bartle Bogle Hegarty, New York, as its lead creative agency and PHD, New York, as its lead media agency, following a review. Previously, Newell Rubbermaid worked with “scores” of local agencies worldwide, the company said in a statement. BBH will have responsibility for delivering strategy, creative execution and implementation (excluding media) across multiple channels. PHD will contribute to overall strategic communication planning and will be responsible for media placements across all channels. The budget was not disclosed.
