News Corp. chief digital officer to step down

New York—News Corp. has announced that Jonathan Miller, the company's chief digital officer since 2009, will leave his post at the end of September. No successor has been named. Miller will serve as an outside adviser to News Corp. on digital issues through next fall. Miller's departure comes as News Corp. prepares to spilt into two publicly traded companies.
