Nicholson Kovac announces executive appointments

Published on .

Kansas City, Mo.—In its first major restructuring since its founding 28 years ago, b-to-b agency Nicholson Kovac announced the formation of an executive committee and promoted two executives to managing director.

Sheree Johnson, currently senior VP-director of media services, and Thom Ludtke, VP-account group director, have both added the title of managing director and will help President-CEO Pete Kovac direct the agency.

Kovac said the new clientcentric structure will “streamline internal processes in order to enhance quality, improve turnaround time and create competitive advantage for our clients.”
