Nicholson Kovac announces new management

Kansas City, Mo.—Nicholson Kovac, Kansas City, Mo., announced senior management changes to the agency. Peter Kovac, co-founder and CEO, announced he will change his role to managing partner as he prepares for retirement. He will keep his CEO title. In Kovac's new role, he will focus on client relationships and business development. The agency has also hired Jim Mannebach and Joe Asfour as managing partners to help lead the agency. Mannebach was previously CEO of Norgren, a Nicholson Kovac client, and he will be responsible for internal operations and administration. Asfour was previously CEO of DCI Marketing, and he will focus on new client acquisition, account service, creative and research.
