Nielsen Business Media announces partnership with ISPO China

San Juan Capistrano, Calif.—Nielsen Business Media, parent company of the Action Sports Retailer, Health+Fitness Business and Outdoor Retailer trade shows, has signed an exclusive multiyear partnership agreement with Messe Munich International, owner and organizer of the ISPO China trade show. Under the agreement, Nielsen will be responsible for all North American sales and marketing efforts for MMI’s 2008 ISPO China, which will take place Feb. 24-26 at the China International Exhibition Centre in Beijing. In 2007, ISPO China attracted more than 12,000 visitors. Plans are in place to introduce an ISPO China Summer event in Shanghai in 2008 or 2009.
