Nielsen Business Media contemplates editorial reorganization

Published on .

New York—Nielsen Business Media, publisher of The Hollywood Reporter, is pondering a reorganization of its editorial structure in an attempt to streamline its operations.

“We are still developing the idea of a content center,” said Marisa Grimes, director-corporate communications for Nielsen Business Media.

“The basic strategy is to capitalize on the collective resources of all Nielsen Business Media’s brands and work together in a more integrated way," she said. "This will allow us to increase the quality and quantity of content delivered across all our platforms, as well as invest in new resources, like publishing technology.”

"At this time, no decisions have been made on any job cuts" as a result of the restructuring, Grimes said.
