Brampton, Ontario--Nortel Networks Corp. has add service analytics capabilities to its Service Provider Customer Relationship Management software. The new capabilities, which allow for managing customer satisfaction programs and identifying sales opportunities based on network use, are being melded into Nortel's existing CRM platform, which allows for service order capture, configuration and processing.
