“We did our internal sales conference [virtually] in November, and it was a huge success. A lot of work went into the presentations and keynote address. It was done in an on-demand way so people around the world could access it. In many cases, people would gather in conference rooms with as many as 50 people and go through portions of the kickoff so you almost had the feeling of an in-person event, even though it was done virtually.
