Published on .

Montreal—Canadian interactive marketing agency Nurun Inc. has extended its U.S. presence with the acquisition of San Francisco agency Odopod. Terms of the deal were not disclosed. Odopod, which counts among its clients Electronic Arts, Google Inc. and Tesla Motors, will retain its identity for the time being, but eventually will be subsumed within the Nurun identity, Nurun said. Nurun has offices in Atlanta (courtesy of its acquisition of agency Ant Farm Interactive), Toronto and Quebec City, in addition to several offices in Europe and in Shanghai. Its clients in the Canadian market include Home Depot and Sears, Roebuck & Co.
