Office Depot launches mobile procurement app

Boca Raton, Fla.—Office Depot has introduced an iPhone app to aid the purchasing of office supplies by its contract b-to-b customers. The Office Depot Business Solutions mobile app delivers many of the same capabilities of Office Depot's b-to-b website, according to the company, including access to account-specific pricing, the ability to use internal cost centers and billing codes, ordering via saved shopping lists and order tracking. The app also enables the review and approval of orders and requests, and is synched with desktop computers, Office Depot said.
