OgilvyOne acquires b-to-b marketing agency Leopard

New York—WPP Group's OgilvyOne North America announced Wednesday that it has acquired Leopard, a b-to-b marketing agency in Broomfield, Colo. Financial terms of the deal were not disclosed.

The acquisition gives OgilvyOne access to Leopard's b-to-b sales solution and its proprietary digital asset management technology. The companies share IBM Corp. and SAP as clients.

"Their [Leopard's] ability to bridge the gap from the brand to the customer via the sales channels provides a valuable complement to our portfolio of b-to-b capabilities," said Carla Hendra, president of OgilvyOne North America, in a statement.

Leopard founder Sherri Leopard will remain CEO of Leopard, which will operate as an independent unit of OgilvyOne.
