OgilvyOne promotes Kipnis, Maex

New York—Ad agency OgilvyOne New York, has named Harvey Kipnis, former managing director, to the new position of regional director for North America. He is being replaced by Dimitri Maex, previously OgilvyOne New York's managing director of the consulting and analytics group.

Kipnis will focus on building the growth of the New York office and helping expand the direct marketing offerings of OgilvyOne in North America, the agency said.

As a former analytics head, Maex is expected to enhance the agency's capabilities in marketing analytics and sales force automation, including CRM solutions. Both Kipnis and Maex will report directly to John Seifert, chairman-CEO of Ogilvy & Mather North America.
