OgilvyOne Worldwide, Mindshare Worldwide merge media units

New York--Direct marketing agency OgilvyOne Worldwide and media agency MindShare Worldwide, both part of the WPP Group, announced they have merged their media units to form mOne Worldwide, a global direct marketing and digital media company. mOne will be headed by Worldwide CEO Nasreen Madhany, who was worldwide media director at OgilvyOne. It will provide media services including direct marketing, direct response TV, interactive TV, e-mail marketing, online advertising, broadband and emerging technologies.
